Basic labor rights and the fundamental conventions of the International Labor Organization (Conventions No. 29, 87, 98, 100, 111, 138 and 182) are respected. We are committed to complying with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and its amendments, ensuring that our products comply with the requirements applicable to textile articles placed on the market in the European Union. 1. Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC): We declare that our articles do not contain any substances included in the list of substances of very high concern (SVHC) in a concentration greater than 0.1% by weight, as provided for in Article 33 of the REACH Regulation. We continue to update this declaration based on the list of SVHCs periodically published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). 2. Compliance with Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation: Our articles comply with the restrictions set out in Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation, including, but not limited to the following points: Mercury: In accordance with point 18 of Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, as amended by Regulation (EU) No 836/2012 and Regulation (EU) No 2021/171, our products do not contain mercury. Pentachlorophenol (PCP): We comply with the restrictions on PCP set out in point 22 of Annex XVII, as amended by Regulation (EU) No 2020/2096. Cadmium: Our products are following the restrictions on cadmium content, as provided for in point 23 of Annex XVII, as amended by Regulation (EU) No 2020/2096. Nickel: In accordance with point 27 of Annex XVII, as amended by Regulation (EU) No 2020/2096, our products do not release quantities of nickel exceeding the permitted limits. Azo dyes and colorants: We comply with the

restrictions imposed on the use of azo dyes and colorants in point 43 of Annex XVII, as amended by Regulation (EU) No 552/2009 and Regulation (EU) No 2018/1513. Lead: We comply with the restrictions on lead content in textile products, in accordance with point 63 of Annex XVI

Additional relevant restrictions: In addition to the substances mentioned above, our products comply with the additional restrictions that have been incorporated into REACH, specificaly: Perfluoroalkyl compounds (PFHxA): We folow the most recent restrictions on the use of perfluoroalkyl substances in textiles, including limitations for perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), perfluorooctane sulfonates (PFOS) and other perfluorinated compounds, as set out in the REACH Annexes. Short-chain substances (C0-C6): We comply with current regulations limiting the use of short-chain compounds (C0-C6) in our products. 

Bisphenols: We have taken measures to comply with restrictions on bisphenols, such as bisphenol A (BPA), folowing the recommendations and restrictions imposed by the European Union to mitigate the risks associated with these substances. 

4. Commitment to regulatory compliance: We are committed to keeping up to date with al current regulatory provisions in the European Union that may affect the composition and use of chemicals in textiles. This commitment includes taking al necessary measures to ensure compliance with new regulations that may be applied in the future, as part of the REACH regulations or any other relevant EU regulations. 

NOTE: We declare that this textile article can be used in work environments but technicaly it does not correspond to a protective use as PPE and therefore the legal and safety considerations based on EU Directive 2016/425 do not apply.
