Is it save to buy through this website?
You have all needed security, using our online shop. First of all because you don't need to write any payment information in this website (you will be redirected to the Paypal website for that) and second because this website has an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, as you can see from the domain address (https).
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Every order is manufactured specially for the client, which takes about 5 working days. After the t-shirt is ready, it will be shipped immediately and an email with the number of the package will be emailed to you.
I have received a tracking number of the package, but I can't track it?
Even though you have received a tracking number, sometimes it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the couriers tracking system. If you need any additional information about the shipping company, you can always contact us for details.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your order via PayPal.
I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still make an order?
Yes. Paypal offers the possibility to pay trough its website even if you don't have a Paypal account. You can make a one-time payment with your credit or debit card, using the Paypal website.
Can I receive discount and how much will costs the shipping for multiple order?
The transport price depends on the total weight of the package, so it depends on the ordered quantity. We always combine the transportation, so our customers to receive the best transport price. If you want to place order with more quantity or whole sale, please contact us for details.
I have received an item, but it doesn’t fit, can I exchange it?
Of course, please take a look to our return policy. To avoid this, before place your order, take a look at item’s description where you can find size measures and the difference between EU sizing standards, compared with UK/US/CANADA/DE/AU sizing standards.
In which size standard are clothes in your shop?
As EU manufacturer, our clothes are made in EU sizing standard. To find the difference, please read the description.
My order is sent, but I still didn’t receive it, even is registered in the track system?
During the Covid pandemic, all post companies have officially information for expected delays.
Some countries as Australia, New Zealand have officially information on their post company sites. Delivery time depends on your location, if you notice any delay, please contact us for details. We send all orders with available tracking information, so is easy to track and check the actual status or request information from the post company.
